Tom Kohl, retired judge in WA county, join Bobby and Nick today for an interview. After the murder of his daughter in 2006, Tom wrote a book and the doors were opened for him to begin speaking in prisons in Oregon and around the country This eventually led to the idea of placing a fully accredited college program in prison.
No amount of programs, discipline or money can accomplish as much as a changed heart in an inmate's life.

Tom now runs Paid in Full Oregon where they seek to provide inmates a fully accredited bachelor’s degree; transforming inmates into spiritual leaders and impacting the prison population throughout the State of Oregon.
